This hour-long class will allow children between the ages of 5-10 to explore yoga and mindfulness through developmentally appropriate and playful yoga games, kid friendly mindfulness activities, and creative movement, while building community and friends face-to-face when so much of our lives are often lived on devices. Kendra Ciezki is a Licensed Master Social Worker and RYT-200 who works full time with elementary aged children and is passionate about creating an inclusive and fun environment for all children in the Western New York community.
