About Jule Lane Yoga


My name is Jule Lane and I am a certified yoga instructor looking to share the multitude of benefits of yoga with you. My classes cater to all bodies, minds, and experience levels, with the goal of every student finding and re-fining their individual best practices. My classes focus on challenging the body and mind by building strength, balance, and grace on the mat, so we can begin to embody strength, balance, and grace throughout our daily lives.
