Gentle Hatha/ Chair Yoga

This class is perfect for beginners or those who would like more time and support getting to poses and an overall slower pace. We will focus on proper alignment, breath work, stress relief, mobility, and gentle stretching. After yoga poses are complete we finish with a guided relaxation and short meditation.
