Exploration on Koshas - the 5 layers of being through your own yoga practice. Sequences will be created to focus 'on each kosha' to create space and to experience throughout your own yoga practice. Moving through Surya Namaskar, gentle inversions and longer guided Savasana.
Suitable for all. Modification will be given to complete beginners.
