This class, we will be taking outdoor - in nature, during the Summer - weather permitting, but keep the zoom link in case.

Stretch and Restore 60 mins online class is gentle, supportive and healing.
The first half hour is all about stretching the entire body. The postures designed to to improve your flexibility, range of motion and increase on muscular strength.

The other half of session, will slow you right down with yin meditative style. Long passive holds in poses, focus on breathing, with supporting the body using yoga props, releasing a tension in deep layers of connective tissues stored in physical and energetic body.

Great for runners, racquet players, all those who like to increase flexibility, building a strength, improving balance, coordination and enhancing a state of mind.

Suitable for all levels.
