This is 90mins class will help you to awaken your senses through Somatic sensory experience and Restorative yoga helps elicit the relaxation response - by focusing on deep breathing and holding poses longer.

Somatics helps by retraining the brain and the nervous system to let go of old patterns through small and gentle movements. Somatic yoga is all about sensing through movement. In Restorative is sensing through stillness, holding to 10-15mins each pose, supported by the props to facilitate a comfort, supporting nervous system health, creating a sense of calmness and well-being.

Recommended class for everyone whether you have your own regular practice or, you are yoga beginner. Suitable for those who gone through trauma, struggling with some muscular, physical pain, after injuries, chronic health conditions, stiffness, need de-stress and, want to feel more and sense more...

Bringing more creativity into Saturday morning session with Dynamic Mandala Vinyasa Sequences.

We will be circling in 360 degrees around the mat. The sequence may have a single focus, such as opening the hips or, multiple areas of focus; starting and ending a practice with Yin pose.

Suitable more for those who have some previous experience in yoga. Not necessarily in Mandala style but more so as your regular yoga practice.

Balancing poses help us connect with the present moment. When you add the challenge of balancing on our hands or arms instead of our feet, in requires a degree of mental focus and concentration. You can’t easily get up into a handstand or any arm balance poses if you let the mind drift thinking about what you’re making for dinner.

Arm balances can also help us to increase on self-confidence, courage and inner strength. And they’re a playful way of approaching our practice and our bodies with a sense of curiosity and fun!

This workshop I want to offer for everyone including for those who have a very little yoga experience. So please don't worry if you haven't done practice like this before. There will be extra props ( e.g. chair, wall ) to be more accessible for all. And, I will be there to help everyone with modifications and support.

The other half of session, will slow you right down with yin meditative style. Long passive holds in poses, focus on breathing, with supporting the body using yoga props, releasing a tension in deep layers of connective tissues stored in physical and energetic body.

Great for runners, racquet players, all those who like to increase flexibility, building a strength, improving balance, coordination and enhancing a state of mind.

Moving through slow flow sequences in Vinyasa style where each movement is synchronized with breath.

Starting with a bit of stretching depending what area of the body we focus on on the day, follow by few Sun Salutations ( modifications given to all levels - where you can take your Vinyasa at your own pace ).

Mixture of core strengthening, standing and balancing asanas ( postures ) to build the heat and strength in the overall body.
