Bringing more creativity into Saturday morning session with Dynamic Mandala Vinyasa Sequences.

We will be circling in 360 degrees around the mat. The sequence may have a single focus, such as opening the hips or, multiple areas of focus; starting and ending a practice with Yin pose.

Suitable more for those who have some previous experience in yoga. Not necessarily in Mandala style but more so as your regular yoga practice.

Pelvis where life is created. And, every pelvis has a story.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will go a little bit about anatomy of pelvis, and importance of understanding it's function and, how pelvis supports us. What muscles to engage for a support, and how to move safely through simple yoga asanas ( postures ) to bring awareness of its function. Our pelvis is tied to our well-being - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

There will be a gentle warm up sequences ( focusing on pelvis and muscles surrounded area ) as well as a time to cool down including a super Deluxe Savasana. Tea and cake will be provided.

Stretch and Restore class is focusing on stretch, building strength, breath work, and restoring your energy and balance your body.

The first half hour is all about stretching the entire body. The postures designed to to improve your flexibility, range of motion and increase on muscular strength.

The other half of session, will slow you right down with yin meditative style. Long passive holds in poses, focus on breathing, with supporting the body using yoga props, releasing a tension in deep layers of connective tissues stored in physical and energetic body.

Great for runners, racquet players, all those who like to increase flexibility, building a strength, improving balance, coordination and enhancing a state of mind.

Moving through slow flow sequences in Vinyasa style where each movement is synchronized with breath.

Starting with a bit of stretching depending what area of the body we focus on on the day, follow by few Sun Salutations ( modifications given to all levels - where you can take your Vinyasa at your own pace ).

Mixture of core strengthening, standing and balancing asanas ( postures ) to build the heat and strength in the overall body.
