Raven is the founder of Just Breathe Den and a yoga and sound meditation guide devoted to creating spaces for deep presence, nervous system regulation, and self-connection. Her classes weave mindful movement, breathwork, and intuitive flow, ranging from gentle and grounding to hot vinyasa and sculpt. Through sound meditation, Raven invites students into states of rest and inner listening, using vibration and stillness as tools for healing.

This strength-focused class is designed to build power through intentional movement. Expect steady, controlled sequences that target the legs and upper body, helping you develop stability, endurance, and confidence in your practice.
Ema’s teaching style allows you to move with purpose while staying connected to your breath.
Class will gradually wind down into a grounding, slower finish, giving your nervous system space to reset before you step back into your day.
