Description
A calming, inward experience combining EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping with the deeply restorative vibrations of sound.
EFT is a mind-body practice that combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention, intentional language, and breath. Research suggests EFT may help reduce perceived stress and anxiety and support a calmer physiological state. Tapping is thought to work in part by pairing attention to an emotion or stressor with a repetitive, soothing sensory input, helping the brain and body respond differently to what we’re experiencing.
We’ll begin with a guided EFT tapping practice. No experience is needed! You’ll simply follow along as we move through the tapping points together, creating an opportunity to acknowledge what you’re carrying, soften tension, and release what you’re ready to let go of.
From there, you’ll settle into stillness for an extended sound meditation, allowing the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to support deep rest and integration.
