Raven is the founder of Just Breathe Den and a yoga and sound meditation guide devoted to creating spaces for deep presence, nervous system regulation, and self-connection. Her classes weave mindful movement, breathwork, and intuitive flow, ranging from gentle and grounding to hot vinyasa and sculpt. Through sound meditation, Raven invites students into states of rest and inner listening, using vibration and stillness as tools for healing.

Come move, dance, and celebrate with us!
Join us October 9th for an evening of Ecstatic Dance, a space to get out of your head, into your body, and move in whatever way feels good to you.
There is no right or wrong way to dance! The music will guide us through different rhythms and energies, giving you space to move freely, shake things out, be playful, slow down, or simply close your eyes and feel the music.
Wear your brightest neon, white, or anything that glows. If you want to add some glow to your look, arrive by 5:45 PM for neon face painting before we dance.
This gathering is open to the public, and this one is extra special because we’ll also be celebrating our dear friend Stacy’s 60th birthday! 🥳
Whether you’re coming to celebrate Stacy, experience Ecstatic Dance for the first time, or just want an evening to move, let loose, and connect with community, you’re welcome here.
