Yoga has been a constant in my life for more than 15 years now, and I have been sharing that love and watching it grow since opening the doors of Just Breathe Yoga Studio in 2009. I have met and shared in practiced with countless beautiful souls and amazing people over the years, and those encounters have allowed me to grow and learn as a teacher.
The Yoga community here in Labrador West continues to blossom and thrive and it fills me with pride and happiness to have seen it unfold and become such a place of peace, calm, energy and growth.
Namaste to all that have shared. I look forward to meeting new faces, reconnecting with old and moving forward together on our yoga journey.

School's Out for Summer!! & we're celebrating!
We wanted to offer something different, something special, something that will bring joy to your life, a smile to your face, and energy to last a season.
Join Cindy & Kara for a Summer Solstice Celebration on Sunday June 26th. Doors will open at 10:50am for an 11am start :)
Enjoy a mini getaway day with a variety of styles of yoga, healthy delicious snacks, fun tunes, great company and a new outlook on how we spend our days.
Event will be ~3 hours. You'll want to wear layers , bring socks and water, a small blanket, and maybe a pillow or bolster if you have one.
if space allows, some yoga offerings will be broke up into shorter segments. More info will be posted if this becomes an option.
