Yoga has been a constant in my life for more than 15 years now, and I have been sharing that love and watching it grow since opening the doors of Just Breathe Yoga Studio in 2009. I have met and shared in practiced with countless beautiful souls and amazing people over the years, and those encounters have allowed me to grow and learn as a teacher. The Yoga community here in Labrador West continues to blossom and thrive and it fills me with pride and happiness to have seen it unfold and become such a place of peace, calm, energy and growth. Namaste to all that have shared. I look forward to meeting new faces, reconnecting with old and moving forward together on our yoga journey.

Description

Take your time on your mat back to the basics. Setting foundations and progressing towards deeper variations of poses with time and practice. Building blocks will allow you to explore your poses and ease into your practice with the use of blocks and bands. This class is for new yogis to find their way onto their mat, and seasoned yogis to explore new options and progressions. Learn to build your practice each week as we focus on different aspect of yoga and our bodies.
