Yoga has been such an important part of my life since I started practicing in 2015. Cultivating a regular yoga practice has helped me and continues to help me mentally and physically, on and off my mat daily.
Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I am so excited to share the healing tools and countless benefits of yoga with others in my hometown of Lab West 💜
Description
Learn basic postures, learn breathing techniques and learn how to modify for your body. Learn in a safe, calm environment, at a slow and gentle pace. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or enjoying an hour of gentle practice, this class is for all levels and abilities.
