Yoga has been such an important part of my life since I started practicing in 2015. Cultivating a regular yoga practice has helped me and continues to help me mentally and physically, on and off my mat daily.
Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I am so excited to share the healing tools and countless benefits of yoga with others in my hometown of Lab West 💜

Moving slow and mindfully, learning the basic moves and understanding the vocabulary—focusing on our breath, dialling inward and tapping into to our mind, body connection. A 4 week session.
