Yoga has been such an important part of my life since I started practicing in 2015. Cultivating a regular yoga practice has helped me and continues to help me mentally and physically, on and off my mat daily. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and I am so excited to share the healing tools and countless benefits of yoga with others in my hometown of Lab West 💜

Get the juices flowing with this midweek, full body flow— designed to remove stress, stiffness, and tension from your entire body.

This sequence will offer a deeper connection within your body to gently ease of any tightness or discomfort you may be experiencing. Through mindful movements, you will enhance your flexibility while dialling in to a sense of inner calm as we flow into each pose—leaving you feeling more open, relaxed, and revitalized. This class is beginner friendly. Modifications and options are always offered and encouraged.
