Yoga has been a constant in my life for more than 15 years now, and I have been sharing that love and watching it grow since opening the doors of Just Breathe Yoga Studio in 2009. I have met and shared in practiced with countless beautiful souls and amazing people over the years, and those encounters have allowed me to grow and learn as a teacher. The Yoga community here in Labrador West continues to blossom and thrive and it fills me with pride and happiness to have seen it unfold and become such a place of peace, calm, energy and growth. Namaste to all that have shared. I look forward to meeting new faces, reconnecting with old and moving forward together on our yoga journey.

Today is day 1- moving with intention. Dedicating time to you. Today is all about Yang /Yin. Sun/Moon. Energy/Rest. Find balance in mind and body as we build heat and fire, then ease into deep holds and relaxation. work hard- rest hard.
