Yoga has been part of my life since the early 2000s, but my true passion for the practice was when I found an amazing studio in Calgary, AB - The Bodhi Tree. From the 30-day challenges to the teacher trainings to the community celebrations, it became a home. That studio no longer exists as it once did but the practice I found there remains constant. Every time I step onto my mat it is like a homecoming because that lives within. To become a teacher I have travelled and studied in Bali, Hawaii, Iceland and Southern Alberta. Now, I am thrilled to share my love of yoga with the beautiful community of Just Breathe Yoga Studio in Labrador West. Join me on your mat in movement, stillness and breath, come home.

Description

This class will target your legs, booty, and core and leave you stronger, more limber, and aware. This full body class will focus on stretching and easing into the legs and hips while working the whole body to energize, tone and sculpt.
