I’ve recently begun my Pilates certification journey, and it already feels so necessary for both my body and my growth. Through slow, intentional movement, I’ve discovered muscles and areas I didn’t even realize I had been neglecting. It’s teaching me not only strength and alignment, but also a deeper awareness of how I move and care for myself, both mentally and physically. What excites me most is the opportunity to share this feeling with others, to guide them toward the same sense of connection, strength, and renewal that Pilates has given me 🤍🙏

Description

Focus on controlled, precise movements to build strength, flexibility, posture, and balance by engaging deep core muscles and emphasizing breath control. Have fun and feel great with this full body work-out and work-in! This is an all levels class. Beginner friendly.
