Intro To Yoga ~ start your yoga journey or get back to basics. Learn how to modify, to properly engage and to listen to your body. Come slow down and breathe. Give your body and mind some overdue rest.
This is a 4 week session aimed to set foundations for growth and confidence. We would also love to share these classes as drop ins if your schedule doesn’t fully allow for a 4 week commitment.
