Jyoti Studio nasce a Baja Sardinia da un desiderio semplice e profondo: creare uno spazio in cui tornare a sé.
Qui yoga, pilates, reformer, yoga nidra e bagni sonori si intrecciano con la lettura dei tarocchi e dei numeri, in un invito costante ad ascoltarti, riscoprirti e muoverti con rispetto e gentilezza verso te stessa.
Ogni pratica è pensata per incontrarti dove sei, senza forzare, senza giudicare. Che tu sia alla ricerca di movimento, silenzio, o semplicemente di un momento tutto tuo, qui trovi uno spazio che ti accoglie.
Jyoti, in sanscrito, significa luce interiore. Quella stessa luce che già abita in te e che, a volte, ha solo bisogno di essere riscoperta.

Here, yoga, Pilates, reformer, yoga nidra and sound baths intertwine with tarot and numerology readings, in a constant invitation to listen to yourself, rediscover yourself, and move with respect and gentleness toward who you are.
Every practice is designed to meet you where you are, without forcing, without judging. Whether you are looking for movement, stillness, or simply a moment that is entirely yours, here you will find a space that welcomes you.
Jyoti, in Sanskrit, means inner light. The same light that already lives within you and that, sometimes, simply needs to be rediscovered.
