Soumya is a certified yoga teacher with a rich training background comprising of various Yoga styles such as Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. She is a Child Birth Educator, Certified Garbha Sanskar facilitator, Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher, and a therapist with a Masters in Yoga therapy. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Yogic Science. She is on the board of ” Nrithyamayananda School of Dance” and “Leela school of Dance “as a yoga faculty where she trains dancers for improved lung capacity, movement, mobility, core strength, and flexibility. She specializes in integrating different styles of yoga, allowing practitioners to explore the variety and enjoy the relaxation techniques at the end of each class. Soumya offers Personal and group sessions, Prenatal and childbirth Ed sessions, vinyasa classes, and Restorative yoga to adults. She offers specially designed classes for teenagers with dynamic movements, visualization techniques, and pranayama & meditation.
