Join Kate Duke for this energising and somatic yoga class. We begin with a grounding breathing practice followed by a somatic movement warm up to release tension held in the body; we then build strength and flexibility with a mindful flowing sequence of dynamic standing postures - each connected to the breath. We end with a slow warm down, guided relaxation and meditation- integrating the benefits of the practice. This is a mixed ability class (suitable for students who have completed a Beginners Course with Kate and for those who like a stronger, more energetic practice).

This is a dynamic class with a focus on practising the following: allowing the breath to move you into fluid and energising flowing sequences, abiding steadily in postures, building somatic strength and stamina and enjoying time to play with balances. This class is suitable for students who enjoy a stronger practice. Come along and give it a go. Notice if you leave the mat feeling stronger, energised and uplifted.

This creative afternoon combines relaxing yoga with guided visualisation and vision board making. It’s a chance to move your body, open your heart, and explore what you’d love to welcome into the year ahead.

No experience needed — just curiosity, kindness and a willingness to enjoy the process.

A gentle arrival and introduction to the afternoon.

2.10 – 3.10 pm • Somatic Yoga and Mindfulness
Led by Kate, this grounding practice releases tension, calms the mind, and creates space for reflection. Expect a nurturing blend of somatics, slow flow, and restorative movement suitable for all bodies.
3.10 – 3.20 pm • Tea Break
A short pause to enjoy a warm drink while the creative space is set up.

3.20 – 3.50 pm • Guided Visualisation & Journalling
Maryna will guide you through a calming “Create Your Vision for 2026” visualisation to help you explore how you want to live and feel in the year ahead. You’ll capture your insights with simple journalling prompts.

3.50 – 4.45 pm • Vision Board Creation
A relaxed and joyful creative session using magazines, images, colours, and words to bring your vision to life. No artistic skill needed — simply curiosity and an open mind.

4.45 – 5.00 pm • Closing Circle
Time to reflect, share insights, and bring a close to our afternoon together with peace and connection.
