Welcome back to your mat! Every time you unroll your mat, you open a conversation with yourself. Your yoga practice is a place to understand your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. You vibrate at different frequencies, depending on what is happening off the mat. Yoga is a forum to tap into your intuition. I teach a powerful combination of asana, meditation and manta. I look forward to welcoming you into your own practice. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, I can't wait to learn the intuitive language of yoga with you.
Morning Yoga in May! Join me at the Racquet Club in Yellowknife for 75minutes of morning asana, pranayama and meditation.
What to expect:
inspiring physical practice (Asana)
invigorating breath exercises (Pranayama)
introspective meditation

The sequence or poses will be based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, with a focus on Sun Salutations, standing poses, inversions and backbends.
