Studio in Crofton BC and classes also available online. A unique revolutionary yoga method for folks over 50 to improve joint health and calm the nervous system. All ages and levels are welcome!

This is an in person yoga class.
This class has an optional cacao ceremony with Tibetan bowls starting at 7.15 pm - the cost is $12.50 for the event.
For the yoga class, all equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water. For allergy reasons, we are a scent-free zone. No perfumes or strong smelling deodorants, body lotions etc. If you are exhibiting symptoms of cough, colds or anything related to COVID-19 please stay home.
