This class addresses the specific patterns of strength and flexibility of men. Neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, and hip pain can be caused by joint stiffness that can be relieved through gentle stretching. We will cover the basics of safe stretching and provide you with simple exercises you can perform daily to provide ease to tight muscles.
