My teaching is style is playful, intuitive and a little bit wild, rooted in vinyasa, but always with space to explore, wobble, laugh and make the practice your own. I’ve completed 800 hours of yoga teacher training, including advanced training in Bali, but what matters most to me is how people feel when they walk into the room. No performance. No perfect shapes. No disappearing into the back row. Just movement, breath, good music, real connection and a space where you’re encouraged to come exactly as you are. Yoga to rewild your soul. 🌙
