So, in this class we are more emphasising on stretching and opening of lower and upper body to release all the tensions and stiffness to maintain the flexibility and strength of shoulders and hips also it improves your body posture. So, This is a very good combination of lower and upper body stretching class. Level will be beginners to intermediate level class.
