About Kirsty Thomson Yoga and Wellbeing

My workshops and day retreats offer rest, restoration, and rejuvenation to all, delivered in a way that provides clear guidance tailored to each individual.

I am passionate about yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and crystal healing practices that can be used for self-care and support of physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

Warrior and Wild Studio,Days Mill, at 14 Fountain Street, located in Nailsworth, NR Stroud, Gloucestershire, offers a nurturing environment for my events. All necessary props, blankets, and yoga mats are provided. The studio also has toilet facilities and refreshments available.

Directions: Entry to W&W is through the blue door on Fountain Street between Coco & Global Furniture and up the stairs on the first floor. There is plenty of 2 hour free parking in town. For longer events, there is a long stay car park on Market Street.

Nailsworth is a delightful area to explore, featuring many charming cafes and shops that will enhance your experience.
