An extended practice (2,5 hours) dedicated to Pinchamayurasana (Forearmstand).

Balancing upside-down can feel empowering and elevating. In this workshop, we will try to take control over the challenges of finding balance on our forearms, to maybe experience that perfect moment of concentration and calm - creating lightness as we find our alignment and center.

This workshop is for everyone - whether you need to gain confidence to simply kick up or are already able to catch some air on your forearms. There will be options for everyone to practice at their own pace.

You can expect a new level of understanding and awareness to unfold. Hopefully you will leave with more confidence on your forearms and with new tools to practice at home to take your Pinchamayurasana practice to the next level.
