Vanessa Mcshane
Vanessa is a qualified yoga teacher with a 200-hour training in Embodied Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork. She also holds a 60-hour Yoga4Health certification, a 50-hour specialist training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and a further 50-hour Embodied and Somatic Teacher Training.
Her classes integrate grounding practices, breath-led movement, somatic awareness and deep rest, with a focus on nervous system regulation and sustainable wellbeing.

A weekly practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
Each class weaves together grounding meditation, conscious breathwork, gentle Hatha-style embodied movement, somatic exploration, and deep rest through Yoga Nidra.
This is not about performance or pushing. It’s about awareness, nervous system regulation, and moving in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
