Heyy i’m Nicole😇 I’ve been practicing movement since I started dancing at 3 years old!! Sooo it’s safe to say that movement, in one form or another, has always been an integral part of my life🩰 After stopping dancing, I felt lost in my life for many years, until I found yoga. Initially, I was attracted to the practice due to its physical benefits but quite quickly that changed to how it made me feel. Yoga changed something for me in the most positive way. It re-ignited my soul, allowed my heart to dance and my mind to be free🫀✨ I bring a wealth of knowledge to my classes, not only from my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training but by being a qualified Personal Trainer as well🏋️‍♀️ I’m a huge advocate for choosing to evolve, choosing to embrace growth and self love🫶
