75 minutes of connection: to your breath; your body; your baby and a wonderful community of other mums to be.
Gentle movement to increase space around your growing baby and prepare for labour, different breath practices to find calm; increase energy levels and breath through labour. Each class ends with a deep relaxation and / or guided yoga nidra to connect to your baby. We can't wait to meet you!
