Description

We start with a few minutes of breathwork, then move through a sequence that builds strength, balance, and mobility, followed by a calming cool down and a short savasana to finish.

This all-levels class welcomes those who practice regularly, are returning after a break, or are just starting out. All movements come with options, and every cue is an invitation—not an expectation. You’re encouraged to listen inward and move in a way that feels right for where your body and mind are today. Expect a supportive space to build confidence, reconnect, and move at your own pace
