Description
This gentle class integrates somatic movement and breathwork to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, undoing unconscious physical habits, calming the nervous system, and cultivating inner presence.
Rooted in the principles of yoga, trauma-informed practice, and contemporary somatics, each session guides you through intuitive movement, breath awareness, and mindful stillness to help release stored tension and build resilience. You'll explore how breath and movement can become tools for self-regulation, insight, and empowerment—on and off the mat.
Class Includes:
Slow, mindful movement informed by yoga and somatic therapy
Guided breathwork (pranayama + modern techniques) to regulate and restore
Meditation and body scans for grounding and interoceptive awareness
Education on how stress and trauma impact the nervous system
A supportive, women-only space for embodied exploration and rest
