Description

We start with gentle somatic exercises to drop your awareness into your body. Followed by an asana flow to stretch, create warmth & wake up muscles. Class ends with a blend of pranayama & guided mediation.

This class is suitable for most folks. My aim is for you to leave feeling rooted, balanced, capable & calm.
