I am Béatrice and happy when you join my class in English. As Yoga is universal, don’t worry about the english, just join and be happy 🌟
i did my Yoga-Teacher in Vinyasa and Yin in Australia on wonderfully Byron Bay - a magic place.
What do aspect? We will do Flows, Balancing Aspects, Breath-Technics, all around Body, Spirit, Soul & Mind. We will do faster or slower Flows, more Yin or more Vinyasa, Hip & Heartopeners and Sessions where we focus on spine, twists and the breath for sure is always our Guide. we will have time to relax with Music or guidet medidation and sometimes it will go a bit whichy too!
