Having a baby doesn’t mean having to give up on your exercise routine; it just means you can bring them along for the ride!
An all over body workout starting with a fat-burning cardio blast, before moving into an all over body toning sequence and finishing with post natal specific abdominal training and repair exercises.
All exercises can be done with your baby in the carrier or on the mat with you to give you a unique bonding experience and to introduce your baby to the feel-good power of movement!
As your baby grows, the additional weight will help you get progressively stronger and, by adding movement into your life, you’ll be setting a great example to your baby from the beginning!
Please note:
*you are responsible for the security of your baby carrier.
*you must be at least 6 weeks post-partum (12 weeks post- caesarean) to participate.
This class can also be performed without a baby in the carrier.
