Our Yin yoga is a mindful, slow-paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time, as a way to release deeply built up tension. Three to five minutes or longer per pose is typical and props may be used. You will mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.

Yin yoga is a great practice to improve flexibility in the body and improve your mindfulness practice.

Guidance on breath control (pranayama) and relaxation is offered throughout the practice to help bring a sense of calm and well-being to both body and mind and prepare you for a restful sleep.

Suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
