Our Yin yoga is a mindful, slow-paced style of yoga, with poses that are held for longer periods of time, as a way to release deeply built up tension. You will mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.

Yin yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility and mindfulness practice, whilst being guided on breath control (pranayama) to help bring a sense of calm and well-being to both body and mind and prepare you for a relaxing weekend.

Suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
