Our exclusive Lake Como Wellness for kids programme is a unique and diverse offering, available for the children in the care of Lake Como Wellness members.

Members are offered one Wellness for Kids place for a child in their care (subject to availability) per full paying member. Additional places are available for €49 per month.

The classes will alternate weekly between Joyful Dance and Yoga & Mindfulness, led by our expert instructors Malin and Elena.

Each class will last 45 minutes and will give your children the space to connect with their natural, joyful and creative way of being; help them to experience and expand their confidence in themselves, and will include movement and mindful exercises they can practice at home.

Classes will be held in English.
