Here we will go deeper into the Vijñāna hatha practice, where in addition to just sitting, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and classic yoga postures (eg sun salutations, standing postures, forward bends and backbends) we will begin to explore some of the philosophy of yoga tradition.

This class will strengthen your body and mind through applying the focus on the seven principles of Vijñāna Yoga: relaxation, quieting the mind, intention, rooting, connection, breathing, and expanding.

You will leave this class with a deeper understanding of the connecting principles of Vijñana yoga.

While this class is available to all levels of yoga practitioners, it is perfect for those interested in going further with their practice.
