I am a trained yoga teacher: 75h Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior (2025, Lisbon), 250h Power Vinyasa Flow (2018/19, Berlin).
In my classes, I combine powerful movements with breathing and meditation. Yoga offers us the opportunity to get to know ourselves better and to connect more deeply with both ourselves and others.
I am grateful to my teachers for guiding me along my journey.
Descrição
It is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is synchronised with the breath. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “to place in a special way,” referring to a flowing sequence of poses linked by inhalations and exhalations.
Key characteristics:
• Flowing sequences: Instead of holding a pose for a long time, students move continuously from one posture to another in a smooth, almost dance-like rhythm.
• Breath coordination: Each movement is guided by the breath—typically, you inhale to expand or open and exhale to fold or transition.
• Creative choreography: Unlike more structured styles (like Ashtanga), Vinyasa classes can vary greatly. Teachers often design unique sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Active and energizing: It is often considered a more vigorous form of yoga, promoting cardiovascular activity while also calming the mind.
• Mind–body connection: The continuous flow encourages presence, focus, and meditation through movement.
In summary, a Vinyasa yoga class is a fluid practice that combines breath and movement for a balanced experience of strength, mobility, and mindfulness.

• You can book and pay for a class online up to 1 hour before it starts.
• If you don’t want to book and pay online, please send a message at least 1 hour before class to reserve your spot.

🫂 Membership
•You can also book and pay per month and secure the reservation of your spot. This option gives you a discount.
•We are only taking your spot if you are not coming for one of the classes. Please, tell us in advance to be able to open another vacancy
•You will only have the monthly reservation if you pay in the beginning of the month for all the classes

🚪 Arrival Time
• The yoga room opens 15 minutes before class.
• Please arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before class to get settled.
• If you still need to pay in person (Cash, MBway, Revolut), arrive at least 15 minutes before to secure your spot.
❗️UNPAID RESERVATIONS
• If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed.
To secure your place:
• Pay online at least 1 hour before class, or
• Pay in person (Cash / MBway / Revolut) at least 30 minutes before class.
• If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given to others.

• Depending on your pass type, you may receive a class credit or have your pass reactivated for another day.
