Classes are designed in a Yin/Restorative style to relieve symptoms of anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, overwhelm, insomnia, menopause rage & irritability, hot flushes, fear, joint stiffness, lethargy, loss of joy, sluggish digestion & weight gain.
Empowering women with knowledge, challenging old stigmas & negative connotations & rewriting the script of menopause. This natural change for women is as old as time itself. Honouring the feminine wild & sacred pause… peri, menopause or post.

Leticia Jae is a Certified Menopause Yoga Teacher trained under Petra Coveney, the founder of Menopause Yoga & author of “Menopause Yoga”. Now part of the British Menopause Society’s education system. Honoured to share feminine space with you together.
Menopause isn’t an end, it’s a new beginning of your second spring.
Please bring your Yoga mat, Yoga strap, 2 blocks [one that is weighted] 2 bolsters, journal & pen, a small towel for the warmer months, a blanket for the cooler months, water, & an eye pillow if desired.
