Gentle Yoga Onlline via Zoom – Tuesdays (ongoing), 8:30-9:30am

Location: ONLINE via ZOOM.

Connect to this class via Zoom as Brianna teaches in-person each week.
This class is appropriate for all levels of students–from beginner to advanced–looking for a slow, steady, and purposeful, practice. Variations and modifications to all poses will be offered, as well as attention paid to safe body alignment and use of gear / props. Breath work, meditation, gratitude, guided rest, and mindful movement are all offered as part of this practice.
