This class is geared toward children ages 5-8 years old. Through stories, songs, games and creative projects, students will learn all about Yoga! This is a fun, engaging way to learn Yoga postures, breathing and visualization techniques that foster self-awareness, compassion and emotional regulation. Parents, you'll need to stay home for this one!
