Start your day off right with a short and effective vinyasa flow practice! Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and playful style of Yoga that syncs heat building postures and breath work. Students build flexibility, strength, and calm confidence as they move through the practice. Class is suitable for people who are in good health, and have some experience with Yoga. 30 minute practice, and option to do 10 minute guided meditation after practice.
