Class is suitable for people who are in good health, and have taken Yoga classes for at least one year consistently.Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and playful style of Yoga that syncs heat building postures and breath work. Students build flexibility, strength, and calm confidence as they move through the practice, which will include inversions and arm balances, as well as more advanced meditation techniques.  Begins 9/10/20
