About Lily Rose Yoga
My yoga journey began over a decade ago in my early 20s, when I first came to the practice seeking fitness and stress relief. I admired the strength and grace of my teachers, but from my very first class, I realised yoga offered something much deeper. It became a safe space — offering comfort, healing, and self-discovery — and over time, it has grown into a central part of my life. Yoga has taught me to slow down, tune inward, and live with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity. In 2020, I completed my first 300-hour yoga teacher training and began teaching part-time in Devon, where I grew up. Since then, I’ve completed further trainings in Yin Yoga and an additional 200-hour program. In 2024, I relocated to the beautiful city of Edinburgh and became a fully qualified Swedish massage therapist. These practices complement each other beautifully, allowing me to offer both movement and stillness, strength and softness, physical release and emotional grounding. I’m a genuine human and a busy mum of two, full of imperfections and navigating life’s chaos, yet I bring my true self and authenticity to every class and session, creating a warm, judgment-free space where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported. I am committed to heart-led, caring teaching — meeting each person exactly where they are while gently encouraging exploration, growth, and presence. Yoga and massage aren’t about perfection; they’re about curiosity, wholeness, and reconnecting with your truest self. I’m still learning — always — and I love inviting others to return home to themselves, again and again, through both yoga and therapeutic touch. Whether you step into a class or onto the massage table, my intention is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — a space to soften, breathe, laugh, and reconnect with your body, your truth, and your heart. This is my offering: rooted in love, guided by presence, and always evolving.
