Our Gentle yoga practice is geared specifically for those who are new to yoga or who are interested in a more gentle approach.This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body as well as lower pace movements focusing on aligment, strength and stability. Full attention is paid to the link between movement and breath
