Sheena will lead you through your Yin Yang Class.
*Some experience encouraged before taking this class.
Yang/Yin Yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga. This class will begin with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. Then the Yin style of long-held passive poses will open the body to more flexibility, work on the deep dense connective tissues and joints in the body, as well as quiet the mind to close your practice.
